About

A practitioner, not a slide deck.

Axiomeer is a one-person, senior-led security advisory — deliberately. When you engage, you get the operator, not a bench.

The founder

Shaykh Meer, CISSP

I spent a decade building and operating the security platforms that large enterprises and their customers rely on — detection and response at scale, managed security for dozens of enterprise clients, and, most recently, the governance and engineering of AI inside security operations. Axiomeer brings that same discipline to companies that need senior security answers but can’t justify a full-time hire.

My edge isn’t a framework — it’s having run the systems I now assess. I know what a cyber-insurer’s security questionnaire is really asking, because I helped build the platform behind one. I know where AI deployments actually break, because I’ve built agentic systems and governed them.

“You get the judgment of a security executive and the hands of an engineer — without the $250k+ headcount.”

How I work

Principles, not billable hours

Independent

I sell no tools and resell no managed services. The findings are the only product, so the advice is yours to trust — not a path to a bigger invoice.

Fixed & honest

Fixed scope, fixed price, one-page proposal. If an engagement isn’t right for you, I’ll say so — and point you to who is.

Senior, start to finish

No partner-sells-then-associate-delivers. The person you meet on the call is the person doing the work.
